Welch Vacuum Pumps

Precision Plus offers high quality repair kits and spare parts for a wide range of Welch belt driven and direct drive vacuum pumps.

Precision Plus vanes for Welch vacuum pumps are made from our proven high strength GX polymer similar to that used by many of today’s OEM pump manufacturers. This provides a durable vane that is both thermally stable and corrosion resistant for most vacuum pump applications. Precision Plus also offers traditional cast iron vanes for belt driven Welch models. In addition to repair kits Precision Plus also offers a selection of precision machined shafts, rotors and rings (stators), both intake and exhaust, for many Welch belt driven pump models. 

The Precision Plus range of replacement parts covers ChemStar Series (belt driven) models 1400N, 1402N, 1376N;  Duo-Seal Series (belt driven) models including 1402, 1376, 1400, 1410, 1397, 1405, 1398; Director Series (direct drive) models including 8806, 8811, 8814, 8821, 8851; and the latest generation of direct drive Welch vacuum pump models including 8905, 8907, 8912, 8915, 8917, 8920 and 8925.

Besides repair kits and individual parts, Precision Plus also supplies vacuum pump fluids and oils engineered specifically for use in Welch vacuum pumps.
